The "Transocks" service is a temporary digital network communication service that enhances Internet security and privacy. At your individual request and at your sole discretion, we automatically provide an unregulated and unmonitored data conduit - a virtual private network connection - for your exclusive use and you are solely responsible for using the "Transocks" service . "Transocks" assumes no responsibility for actions taken by users, including criminal and civil liability for damages performed or not performed. Other provisions of these Terms further limit Transocks' liability.
We grant you a license to use the "Transocks" service, subject to the limitations set forth in these Terms. You use the "Transocks" service at your own risk. "Transocks" service may be modified, updated, interrupted or suspended at any time without prior notice or liability. We shall not be liable for any injury or other adverse consequences to you resulting therefrom. "Transocks", its owners, employees, agents and other persons related to the "Transocks" service, for any execution or non-execution of any form arising out of or arising from the use of any account registered with shall not be held liable for any damages.
"Transocks" guarantees 99.9% service uptime. In no event will "Transocks" be liable for any damages, pecuniary or non-pecuniary, beyond what the customer paid to "Transocks", and exclusive of attorneys' fees or court costs, independent of any law or other enactment.
Subject to these terms and conditions, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to:
Download and use copies of the "Transocks" software;
Use of the Transocks services, including but not limited to products and services offered on or through the Transocks software or our website. This Agreement does not grant you any other rights or licenses under the "Transocks" service. The license provided herein is effective until terminated. This license will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with these terms.
The Transocks Services (including, without limitation, the Transocks software, mobile applications and all other items) are owned and copyrighted by Transocks and are protected worldwide. We reserve all right, title and interest in and to the "Transocks" service and any portion thereof, including without limitation all copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights. You may not take any action to jeopardize, limit or in any way interfere with our ownership and rights in the "Transocks" service. All rights reserved unless otherwise stated.
Your access to and use of the "Transocks" service is governed by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. For any user who violates any applicable laws or these terms, we reserve the right to terminate or block access to the "Transocks" service at any time at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
In using the "Transocks" service, you agree not to assist, encourage or allow others to use the "Transocks" service:
In addition, if the long-term use of broadband for downloading causes server network abnormalities and affects the normal use of other users, "Transocks" will take measures to limit the network speed of abused IP.
For the safety of your account, non-customized accounts are for personal use only, please do not share the account with others, and you will be responsible for any losses caused by sharing it with others.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse service, suspend accounts, or restrict access to the Transocks service. "Transocks" may immediately implement such suspension or access restriction without any instruction, notice or refund. We may suspend your account for clarification, investigation, or to ask you to explain your actions and provide additional information. If your account has been suspended, you must contact us for more information. We may suspend your user account for a reasonable period of time before we permanently terminate the user account.
We are under no obligation to enforce the Terms against you. We encourage you to let us know of any violation of these Terms by any Transocks user; however, we may, in our sole discretion, take appropriate action should such a violation occur.
The Shuttle VIP membership service is a virtual commodity. After registration, a three-day VIP membership trial period is provided. If the trial period cannot meet the needs, you can disable or use the free service on the mobile phone after the trial period. For the above reasons, shuttle membership services generally do not provide refunds. We only handle special refunds for users who meet the following refund conditions, and need to cooperate with customer service to submit refund-related information.
Refund conditions
1) Refund situation: the trial period is normal, and the VIP membership period is confirmed by the customer service, and the situation is completely unusable;
2) Purchase channels: purchase from the official website, official apps, and app stores, excluding cooperative channels, agents, etc.;
3) Refundable products: shuttle single-time package products, subscription products, excluding gift cards;
4) Refund price: A full refund can be made within 3 days of purchase; 90% of the actual unused days will be refunded after 3 days. Event specials that are lower than 20% off the list price, and packages with special instructions not to be refunded cannot be refunded; in principle, you should apply for a refund to the app store for products purchased or subscribed in the app store. Calculate the refund amount after deducting the sharing ratio of the app store;
5) Do not violate the following "Violation Conditions".
Violation condition
The use of the Transocks service cannot have the following violations, otherwise the refund will not be available;
1) Violation of local laws;
2) Acts that violate the laws of the People's Republic of China;
3) Any unauthorized commercial gain. For example, reselling, renting, using channels as crawlers, etc.;
4) Any sharing and abuse. For example, account sharing, long-term downloads, or P2P downloads occupying full bandwidth, etc.;
5) Any illegal activities involving telecommunications fraud, gambling, and sex industry.
Refund Process
1) Contact the customer service to explain the problem. After the customer service confirms that the problem cannot be solved, you can register for a refund;
2) After registration, the refund will be completed within 3 working days by returning the original route, Alipay, PayPal, etc.;
3) If other fees (such as handling fees) are incurred in the refund, the corresponding fees need to be deducted.
We will work hard to prevent disruption of the Site and Services. However, such content is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we make no warranty (express or implied) as to the accuracy of any materials or information provided through the Site or Services, or their suitability for: any particular purpose. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, or that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. You acknowledge that access to the Site and Services is at your own risk and discretion.
"Transocks" reserves the right to investigate issues that we believe violate these terms. We may (but are not obligated to) remove, block, filter or restrict in any way, in our sole discretion and without notice, any material or information that we believe to be an actual or potential violation of the restrictions set forth in these Terms, and any other Activities that could expose Transocks or our customers to liability. "Transocks" is not responsible for any failure by us to prevent such material or information from passing through the Service and/or from entering your computing device.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China, except for its conflict of laws rules.
We may change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice in accordance with applicable laws and principles. Your continued use of the site or services constitutes your acceptance of our Privacy Policy.
